Xpeng says Guangzhou has cleared citywide Level 4 robotaxi demonstration operations for its Yoyo service, with invitation codes in the first phase. The South China Morning Post describes that licence as one that allows paying passengers. Volkswagen Group China says it has a Level 3 road-test licence in Hefei.
