Privacy

Joshua Israel Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company, operates EV News Desk. This policy describes how the site handles information. It is our description of our practices, not a legal opinion.

What we collect

The site does not ask you to create an account, does not run a checkout, and does not set advertising or analytics cookies. We do not sell personal information. Pages include cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics, one first-party analytics beacon. We do not load other third-party trackers.

If you use the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent through FormSubmit and emailed to the site owner only so we can respond. We do not sell that information. If you email the desk directly, we use your message and email address the same way. Do not send sensitive documents we did not ask for.

Hosting

The site is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub, as the host, may process technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, under the GitHub General Privacy Statement. In addition, each page loads cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics. That beacon measures visits without a cookie and without an advertising tracker. Cloudflare's description of the product is in the Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Florida law

Where the Florida Information Protection Act, section 501.171, Florida Statutes, applies to personal information we actually hold, we follow that statute, including its security and breach-notice duties. Because we do not run accounts or a checkout, the personal information we hold is generally limited to email you choose to send us.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page. Questions go to desk@example.com. We do not publish a street address.
