BYD launched the second-generation Seagull in China on 20 October at guide prices of 65,900 to 99,900 yuan. The three higher trims use a 39.2 kWh pack and a 420 km CLTC rating, and the company says those trims can charge from 10 to 70 percent in five minutes.
TeslaNorth and Drive Tesla Canada both quote a 23 October post from @gigafactories saying Giga Berlin built 7,000 Model Y in one week. This desk could not open that post, and neither outlet presents an independent count of the cars.
Electrek, Car and Driver, and Autoweek reported on 22 October that the 2027 Mustang Mach-E adds a Trail version and makes an extended-range battery standard. Their prices line up once the destination fee is included.
Porsche's 9 October delivery release does not print a single electric total. The Macan Electric, Taycan, and Cayenne Electric figures in that release add up to 38,730 of the 178,532 cars delivered worldwide.
Tesla's third-quarter update says the FSD (Supervised) attach rate reached over 75 percent of new deliveries in North America. Tesla says the system requires an attentive driver and does not make the vehicle autonomous.
