Terms of use
These terms govern your use of EV News Desk, which is owned and operated by Joshua Israel Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site
The site publishes news and explainers about electric vehicles. Articles are for general information. We may add, correct, or remove material at any time. Nothing here is an offer to sell a vehicle, a charging product, or any other good.
Your use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to read the site. You may share a link to a page. You may not copy articles for commercial republication, present our wording as your own, or interfere with the site. Quotes from sources remain the property of their publishers. Public records and government pages keep their own status.
Do not use the site or the desk email for anything unlawful, and do not try to disrupt the site.
No professional advice
The site is not legal, financial, tax, engineering, or vehicle-safety advice. Read the disclaimer.
Warranty and liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent Florida law allows, Joshua Israel Ventures LLC disclaims warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Florida law does not allow every warranty or liability to be disclaimed. Those limits still apply.
Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply the law of another state. Courts located in the State of Florida are the exclusive venue for disputes arising out of these terms or use of the site, to the extent Florida law allows the parties to agree to that venue.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you do not agree to the new version, stop using the site. Questions go to desk@example.com. We do not publish a street address.
