A Kelley Blue Book file headed estimates as of 13 October 2026 puts U.S. third-quarter EV sales at 262,649, down 39.5 percent, with Rivian at 19,239, up 45.7 percent. An earlier file the day before printed 266,630 battery-electric sales and a fuel-cell-inclusive total of 266,713.
